Buta No Shogayaki (Sauteed pork in ginger sauce) is one of Japanese bento favorites. I have been wanting to offer it for a while but haven’t had a chance till now. So give it a try to this ultimate Japanese comfort food!

Menu:
Ginger Pork with shredded cabbage
Japanese potato salad
Tamagoyaki (rolled omelet)
Yasai Nimono (braised root vegetables)
Renkon Hasami Age (Fried lotus root with tofu filling)
Nasu Dengaku (grilled eggplant with miso sauce)
Pickles
Rice with umeboshi(pickled plum)
