I found fresh chestnuts at a local market so decided to make this seasonal bento that I have been missing so much!

Steamed sweet rice with chestnuts and mushrooms
Potato and corn croquettes with shredded cabbage
Eggplant Dengaku (with or without chicken)
cucumber mustard pickles
